We use Elixir, Phoenix and the Ash Framework for most of our development.
Integration is most of the work
Very little software gets built on empty ground. Most of the value is in connecting to what already exists: ERPs, service desks, accounting packages, internal databases.
We treat that as a first-class concern rather than an afterthought. Retries, idempotency and audit trails are designed in, so failures are visible and recoverable instead of silent.
How we work
Work runs in stages, with something usable at the end of each one, so you can stop, redirect or extend at any boundary. You are never paying towards a single big reveal at the end.
Sometimes we build the system up front at our own cost and charge only a monthly fee to run it, so there is no capital outlay on your side. Where a build is paid for as a capital project, we agree the milestones with you and invoice each one only once it has been delivered and is working.
We are based in Johannesburg and work with clients across South Africa and the wider Global South, remotely by default.

What kind of systems do you build?
Operational software, mostly. Ticketing and dispatch, scheduling, approval flows, reporting, and the integrations that connect them to the systems you already run. Work that people depend on during their working day.
Will we be locked into an unusual stack?
The code is yours and the tools are open source with a stable ecosystem. Elixir is a smaller hiring pool than JavaScript, which is a fair concern. We address it with documentation, a proper handover, and a maintenance retainer if you want continuity.
Do you work with our existing systems?
Usually that is the job. We integrate with ERPs, ticketing systems, CRMs and internal databases over APIs, webhooks and scheduled jobs. Replacing something that works is rarely the cheapest route to the outcome you want.
How do engagements start?
A call, then a short written plan covering scope, sequence and what we think is risky. Delivery runs in stages so you see working software early and can change direction while that is still cheap.
